We try to keep our prices accurate on our website, but it is not always possible.

Shipping and Handling
Items will be shipped via USPS 2 Day Mail.  We will ship your order within 48 hours on items we have on hand. On items that are backordered, we will ship as soon as the merchandise arrives at the shop.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

As our shipping costs are based on US Postal rates, non-US transactions may be subject to international rates that may be charged separately. 

Shipping charges are as follows:

Up to $20.00 . . . $5.00
$20.01 to $40.00 . . . $6.00
$40.01 to $60.00 . . . $8.00
$60.01 and up . . . $12.00

Since we are currently set up for US transactions only, foreign transaction may have extra fees to cover our shipping costs.

Payment

   Payments are handled by PayPal Merchant Services.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover as well as PayPal.  You do not need to have a PayPal account to process your Credit Card.

Returns
 
Please check your shipment as soon as you receive it.  If we have made a mistake by sending you the wrong item, or if you have received defective merchandise, call us at 253-627-8559! We will arrange for the exchange. No returns after 30 days. All Sales are final on purchases of Threads and Ribbons.  Charts, patterns and books may not be returned for copyright reasons.
